Accordingly, the competition is not about competing with others, it is competing with yourself. After 2010, Harminder Dulowal started challenging himself but jumping into the zone of competition, slowly and steadily the bar of competition has raised on an average of 12 competitions a year. By touching the different regions for competitions including district, national, state, open championship and more. The hard-work never breaks in-between and till now he won participated competitions. The journey has stopped here, in 2012 he won federation cup and covered the 3rd position at Jaipur.
Hard-work is the key to success is not only quoted in diary of Dulowal but also engraved in his actions. In 2013 after the blood and sweat from years he started to exchange his experience through trainings with his juniors and after the day and night work a year after sounds 2014 he opened his gym with the name of ‘Red Gym’ which added a success cart in his career. The psyche behind the under a roof training . was to guide the people who are being manipulated on the name of fitness. Till now he landed in more than 20 countries world wide. In 2015, he achieved the rank of Mr. world south Africa in Pretoria. His journey unstoppabely raised the meter by achieving various competitions.

‘True leaders don’t create followers’ they create more leaders’ this quote has been die heartedly carried by Dulowal and initiated in the heart and soul of the team.

Appreciated Action :-

He  accompanied his athletic team 3 times a year for competitions which not only exposed to national but also internationally which not only boosted their morale but also made them more confident and independent. In 2017 he went as a team delegate, coach and trainer and touched the different international  zones namely:- Singapore, Canada, New Zealand and USA. The list of training not dots here as a leader chance was given to more than 139 trainees including male, female, physical champion and out of which 4 won the position of gold , 11 silver and 18 bronze which is not a simple task to go for.

Following the path of career the a new journey under the limelight begins when added in the profile of judgement, the international journey initiated in Singapore 2017 for License test judgement at Singapore and in December 2018 Mr. Asia at Singapore, Mr Asia in March 2019 at Singapore
