Early life

Harminder Singh was born on November 7, 1986 better known by the name HARMINDER DULOWAL. He was born in the city, Kapurthala well known as Paris of Punjab , in the village Dulowal. He was born and brought up in a Sikh family nurtured by S. Avtar Singh and Sh. Kulwant Kaur. He is one of the valiant siblings amongst the other in the family

Academic Background

Dulowal did his schooling from St. Soilder, Kapurthala and his graduation in Bachelors in Arts from Khalsa College , Jalandhar in the year 2004. Being an all rounder in 2005 opted for Computer hardware diploma ADHNT from Punjab Technical University. In the year 2008 he switched to Punjabi University, Patiala for his B.P. Ed and thought of getting the degree recognition from the same university in M.P.Ed. in 2009. After his consecutive education which was complemented by his knee deep, on and off dedication which turned him into a renowned body builder. He always engrave his actions by following deep down a well known quote “I would rather risk wearing out than risking out”.

Bodybuilding Career

The drops of sweat raised him to achieve the series of achievements, The one of the shining ray initiated when he won Inter college 2005 Bronze , without taking much time to lionise the bar raised when he won Bronze in inter College Body Building Competition in 2006 held of GNDU Amritsar. It was a jaw dropping moment In 2008, won Gold medal -Inter college Body Building Competition at Anandpur Sahib . In 2009 the list doesnot stop when he raised his hand for holding 4th Prize in All India Intra-versity, Kerala and hit this consecutive year 2010 by winning Bronze at All India Intra-versity held at GNDU Amritsar. He remarked every year with his day and night laborious act.
